I very rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to because as a small, family-run business you truly deserve everyone to shout about you from the rooftops!!! I have never in my whole life had the pleasure of working with such a friendly, professional and smooth-running business as Softplay4hire.
Your flexibility in accommodating my requests to change everything from timing to packages was incredibly appreciated, as was your counsel about which package I should choose for the large number of children at my daughter’s 5th birthday party. I also truly appreciated the fact that you were early in arriving to set up and that you were so patient at the end of the party when the children simply didn’t want to get off! I overheard one child excitedly say, “This is the best bouncy castle EVER and I’m going to live here until I am old!” When my daughter walked in and saw the party she was absolutely delighted - I’ve never seen her beam so widely.
The inflatables themselves were absolutely gorgeous and flawlessly clean; they looked completely brand new! Everyone was commenting on their incredible quality and the vibrancy of colours. If you are reading this testimonial and trying to decide what company to use for bouncy castles or soft play packages, do not hesitate a moment longer. There is only one thing you should do: HIRE THEM!

Excellent party, couldnt of asked for more. Set up and cleared down done amazingly, very efficent and professional. The castle, ball pool and toys all in great condition, and added bonus that wiped over when setting up in front of you. What more could you ask for. Will defo be using again in the future. And recommend to anyone. Thanks Steve and family.
One of the most genuine and lovely couple I have ever met. Would highly recommend them. We had the circus bouncy castle package and it was brilliant! The kids absolutely loved it and it was perfect for my sons 1st and my daughters 3rd birthday. Cannot believe they came all this way to provide us with the best fun and at such an amazing price! Looking for a bouncy castle .... look no further! Will deffo be using them in the future!! One very happy customer.
Absolutely amazing friendly team, could not recommend highly enough. Extremely efficient in communication, helpful advice, good price and prompt arrival and pick up. We had a fairly large number of children at our party but the package recommended was perfect in keeping all the children entertained. Lots of guests commented on how good and well kept the equipment was. Thank you very much for the excellent service provided �
This was a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish, friendly reliable and the equipment was clean and in great condition! We used them for our daughter 1st party in barn! All the kids loved it as we had children up to age of five! The ride on cars where a big hit with the boys that attended and we didn’t have any tears or tantrums until they had to leave! Overall great entertainment for the children and great value for money! Would highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future.

Brilliant we hired the circus and soft play for a toddler event. Was fantastic everything set up and packed away perfectly we had about 30 children at the event and they were fully entertained for 2 hrs.
Thank you so much for today. The babies all loved the sensory soft play and so did the older siblings. So easy to book over Facebook and you were there before me this morning ready to set up.
Will 100% be using you again in the future.
